Our dispatch processing time is 3-5 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time.
Is it possible to cancel or edit an order?
Once your order has been placed you cannot add, remove, or edit the quantity of items. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been despatched by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to cancel an item or order after it has shipped, you must instead return it for a refund. A new item can only be added by placing a new order.
